The picturesque village of Red River, NM nestles in a lush mountain valley, covered with greenery and dotted with patches of yellow foliage. Fluffy clouds are scattered across the blue sky, adding to the serene autumn landscape.

My photography is all about the simple things around you. Over my 30+ years in the business, I have learned that all too often we think a great photo has to be a grand vista or a once in a lifetime moment. This isn’t necessarily the case. So many photos that stir the greatest emotions are of the simplest of things. Doors, windows, trees and trucks can have just as powerful of an affect on people.
